Description:

BOOKING ESSENTIAL

It is a frantic time as wildlife stocks up on nature's harvest. Enjoy this fantastic reserve, with a walk to our bird hides. See woodlands in autumn colour and catch glimpses of our first winter visitors from the Arctic (like the rare Greenland white-fronted geese), as well as resident red kites and maybe a squirrel too. Make sure you wrap up to keep snug and dry. Bring stout footwear and binoculars if you have some. A 3 mile walk, muddy in places.

For your children, we also have a Scavenger Hunt activity to do while on the walk, with the chance of a small prize at the end!
