West Barmoffity
Farmhouse offers comfortable, MTB friendly, farmhouse, bed and breakfast
accommodation in Kirkpatrick Durham near Castle Douglas in Dumfries and
Galloway, only 6 miles from the shores of Loch Ken and 14 miles from the start of the Red Kite Trail.
West Barmoffity Farmhouse was built to a high
specification in 2007 and finished in local stone, blending timelessly
in its surroundings. The farmhouse is situated on a working farm set in
a beautiful location with stunning views over the surrounding Galloway
countryside.
The accommodation offers one double bedded room
with en suite facilities, a sofa bed is available if required as a
family room. This room is to the front of the property, south facing
with extensive views.
The second room available is a spacious twin bedded room, also with ensuite facilities.
Although West Barmoffity Farmhouse is within easy reach of the Red Kite Trail, guests do not need to venture far to see these majestic creatures as they are often seen flying over the farmhouse.

meals are available if pre-booked with all produce being locally sourced.
