Details
Situated in the picturesque village of St. John's Town of Dalry, half way along the western section of the Southern Upland Way, The Clachan Inn has established itself as a high quality bar, restaurant and hotel.

Enjoy a real ale by the log fire in the bar or lounge before ordering a meal which can be eaten in either the bar, lounge or restaurant. All the food in our extensive menu is freshly made from high quality locally sourced produce. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests who are in the area to hunt or shoot can make use of the security cabinets in each bedroom, and walkers of the Southern Upland Way should appreciate the wellie racks.

St. John's Town of Dalry is within close proximity to Castle Douglas, Scotland's food town, and Kirkcudbright, Scotland's Artist Town. Ayr and Dumfries are only a short drive away and Glasgow is less than two hours distant. The Clachan Inn is ideally situated to explore the wonderfully unspoilt South West corner of Scotland but within easy reach of some of Scotland's bigger towns and cities.
